When I was at a low spot someone sent me a link to see and hear the Pastor's Conference and SBC and, wow, did hearing Spirit-filled preaching make a difference in my life! I hope you'll tune in for tonight's session 6-9pm PT.

I hope you've found the road map by now. If not, the UN has a site for it.

Tomorrow Shirin and I celebrate 16 years of marriage. That Friday evening in 1987 only seems like last week. Speaking of time, Jasmine attended her first graduation when we attended the high school graduation of one of her Sunday School teachers. I reflected back on my own graduations and thought of how the time difference between finishing college and now is the same amount of time before Jasmine graduates from high school. Ouch!

Friday is the 140th birthday of my birth state, West Virginia! I saw this link and discovered that the county in which I was born (Hampshire) was the first in the state in 1754.

Since we always need "one more" person to pray for us, please feel free to recommend the 'Wednesday Weekly' to other like-minded intercessors in your circle of friends. Invite them either to send an e-mail or to subscribe at our website.

I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ You continued asking God to give us and other co-workers a clear plan or set of ideas on how to see the Prayer Center make measurable progress... this is going to be more difficult than I imagined and could use ongoing prayer!

+ You prayed for "Bill" as he finished his time last week, and you asked God to grant him a safe, uneventful departure where his luggage met him back in the US the same time his plane lands... what a joy it was to receive his e-mail telling of safe, uneventful departure and arrival back in the US. Thank you for praying him through!

+ You joined us in asking God for our long-overdue visa to be granted while asking for the right paperwork for Dan's visa to be issued... not yet, so keep praying!

+ We have about a year to go before our next ten-week Stateside Assignment (STAS), so you prayed that Shirin and I could get a working model of our next presentation in order... another project for the week that got stepped on : -(

<T H I S  W E E K><

<>< Begin praying that an upcoming September trip would be made possible.

<>< Ask God to be honored as we meet with co-workers today.

<>< "Computer maintenance" is a project that needs doing this week, so pray with me that it will be accomplished.

<>< Mark Monday at 1 am as the time Dan and I go back for visas, and ask God to grant them all.

<>< Finally, I have been 'suffering' from the inability to see ongoing projects finished, so pray that I would be able to see something get finished this week.

< Pray for the Mongolians. ><
