Easter morning at the Garden Tomb was a delight! We posted a new family picture, as I'm sure you saw. "Digital Dan" did such a good job that we couldn't decide which photo was the best one. As you can imagine, it's a great place to be this time of the year. We hope to see you there next year!

Last week I mentioned your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of 'politically' liberated Iraqis, and now I have more information to help you in your decision to go. Here are three articles from Baptist Press, the one from Virginia is a step-by-step how-to:

bulletJORDAN--'Pivotal moment in history' ahead in Iraq for Christian relief efforts; photo.
bulletVIRGINIA--Get ready for Iraq ministry, IMB volunteers leader urges.
bulletKENTUCKY--Iraqi relief controversy a clash of worldviews, Mohler tells Time.

Since we always need "one more" person to pray for us, please feel free to recommend the 'Wednesday Weekly' to other like-minded intercessors in your circle of friends. Invite them either to send an e-mail or to subscribe at our website.

I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ "Joe" and I were supposed to be back in the Prayer Garden today mowing down more weeds, and you prayed again for our safety and well being... "Joe" was there, but I missed out due to a misunderstanding on my part : -( "Joe" said the mowing was easy and appreciated your prayers for safety.

+ You asked God to grant us traveling mercies as we accompanied a group headed to the Jordan River for special services as we really wanted Jasmine to witness such an event since she had yet to see such a thing. We asked, too, that her questions would abound... His traveling mercies were abundant, and we are grateful. Jasmine had her first view of the Jordan River, a baptismal service, and the Sea of Galilee. While we'll have a definite frame of reference for future talks her questions have already started, just like we asked.

+ You prayed that a co-worker would arrive safely and without incident this week... I cannot confirm this, but rumor has it that all went well; if so, thank you for praying!

+ You continued praying for the fruit vendors I visit to realize the One I speak of so much... while "Adam" and "Sam" haven't become His followers yet, they are open to hearing what I have to say about Him.

<>< Most local 'Christians' celebrate Easter this Sunday, so ask God to show them His desire for a personal relationship.

<>< Begin praying for another trip to the visa office. It's been some time since I've been told to "come back in two weeks" on account of government strikes and holidays. Ask God to move in the life of the one responsible for issuing these visas.

<>< Ask God to give us progress on the visiting intercessor's Prayer Guide.

<>< Pray that the first set of Prayer Garden mini-tiles would be ready this week so we can 'spread the word.'

<>< Two of Scott's nephews celebrate birthdays this week. Pray for them to become followers of Jesus.

<>< Finally, Jasmine starts back to her playgroup this week. Pray that she'd have a good adjustment.

< Pray for the peoples of South Korea. ><

When all my seem lost, especially to those who have lost their homes, and or a loved one. My prayers now include them. Keep me posted and yes we Wish you a Happy Easter to you and your family.

Lord bless,

Donna

P.S. I have forwarded this to a couple of people. :-)"

"Thanks for putting (my son) and me on the net! Fame, here we come. :)

Did (you) ever get that backhoe into the garden to de-stump it?

I took (my son) and some of his friends to a concert in Nashville 2 weeks ago. The final act was the Newsboys, and their final song was "It is you." This is what Jasmine danced to on the video Ron shot last fall. What a life I've been blessed with...while Peter Furler belted out worship with all his might on that stage on a cold spring night in Nashville, and I sang with him, my heart and my prayers with God were for a little girl, 8 time zones away. And for her parents.

Hoping you're all more secure now, agape,

JC"

"My sentiments exactly Scott! I thank Him for believers in Iraq, and Jordan who are going as He enables. These surely are the days of reaping. Have you seen or used the Evangecube? CCC is going to begin using them in outlying areas where its difficult to show the film. A new tool that is being used to communicate Truth. Looking forward to meeting you when I'm next in His Land. As we celebrate life after death, thanking Him for you,

Barbara"
