While we rejoice that a certain group of people may be free of a human dictator, our hearts are still burdened knowing that many, many of them are still in bondage to the true enemy of their souls. I can hear the heavenlies crying out, "Who will go?" Our prayer is that you, like Isaiah, will be caught up in worship to respond, "Here am I, send me."

There will be many opportunities for you to visit that land, offer food aid, and with the help of an interpreter share your testimony. If you're in the US, call the International Board at 1+800-866-3621 to see when your flight leaves. And please let us know so we can pray over you during your visit.

Since we always need "one more" person to pray for us, please feel free to recommend the 'Wednesday Weekly' to other like-minded intercessors in your circle of friends. Invite them either to send an e-mail or to subscribe at our website.

I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ You asked God to bring closure to the launching of the Prayer Center's web site as I had never felt so much troubling disturbance from something that's supposed to be "simple." Amazing... I could feel your prayers all day Wednesday as www.prayer-center.org/ appeared almost like it was supposed to : -)  Now to improve it...

+ "Joe" and I were going to do some spring cleaning in the Prayer Garden last Friday and requested prayers for safety since you never know what may happen... man, I wish I had pictures! Your prayers kept us safe, and we are grateful!

+ You prayed, too, that we would get a clearer vision from God about what He wants in the Garden... we discussed a recent special gift we received and how we had to make good use of it since the whole project is, uh, "unfunded." We realize that we need to secure the area by repairing gates and fences before we can 'decorate' the area. Be sure to visit the Prayer Garden to see the potential.

+ Scott had been having a tough time during worship and needed a "boost," if you know what we mean. On more than one occasion he wondered if sin had crept in unaware to steal the "joy of His salvation" and wanted to bring it to the Light... "worry" ought to be a four-letter word. Scott identified 'worry' as the root cause, er, sin of what had been holding him back from experiencing worship as he should.

Scott has had 'big ideas' of what can be done at the Prayer Center but knew most of it could not be done for free. Receiving knowledge of a recent gift, now added to a previous donor's offering, will enable the Prayer Center enough to "do something substantial." It also served as a reminder that God had not forsaken His dream of a place where His people will change the world through intercessory prayer.

<>< "Joe" and I will be back in the Prayer Garden today mowing down more weeds. Pray again for our safety and well being. We envision making the area 'secure' before we build up the walls with a Jerusalem stone facade. That kind of facade will make each of the $333 tiled maps you've seen at the web site take on a beauty of their own.

<>< Ask God to grant us traveling mercies as we accompany a group headed to the Jordan River for special services. We really want Jasmine to witness such an event since she has yet to see such a thing. May her questions abound!

<>< Pray that a co-worker arrive safely and without incident this week.

<>< Continue praying for the fruit vendors I visit to realize the One I speak of so much.

< Pray for the Iraqi people. ><

CALENDAR UPDATES

<If you're not receiving our bimonthly snail-mail newsletter, let us know so we can send it to you!><

9, Pray for Shirin as she shares with neighbors.

* She had a great day with the mother of one of Jasmine's playgroup friends, a time of iron sharpening iron.

10, Hanni’s salvation

* We drove to a place where I was able to help fix a few computers and saw a truck like he drives. What a vivid reminder that you were praying for him!

11, Join us in asking for our 2nd child.

* Your prayers will make a difference!

12, Thank God for utilities!

* Yes, our electricity stayed on until 11pm and returned Sunday at 9am : -)

13, Christians to have a heart for the lost

* What a sight it was to see Palm Sunday processional while remembering your praying today!

14, open to God’s appointments

* I met a man today who was more than unhappy with the actions of President Bush. When he saw that I wasn't bothered by his comments, he said that I looked peaceful. I told him I had peace in my heart, and he walked away muttering how that was impossible. I'll see him again, no doubt, since he sits around the place where I buy fruit.

15, Jasmine’s ongoing safety

* She's not a daredevil, just a toddler : -)

Nice comments from you...

"One thing that has happened because of it is a reminder of how fast the weeks fly by! Tho't you should know I have been praying for his salvation, knowing that God was able to change his predecessors heart in the days of Daniel. Remembering it took seven years we will not lose heart. Also to remind you I am praying for you using the daily calendar knowing that the Lord is hearing and answering...Loving you in Jesus, Denny."

"Hang in there, Scott. The boost will come. All relationships experience 'down time.' He must be sought for himself, not necessarily our blessing. All of which you know. I shall pray for the "boost."

You are loved, appreciated and upheld.

Lynn"

"While I would certainly encourage your introspection, I would also remind you that growth in any area of our life is a dynamic thing. Just as you see Jasmine seem to grow significantly over night and then stay relatively the same for a period of time, so we grow in relation to our Father. Hitting a lull in worship is not unusual, or necessarily unhealthy, as long as you push through it. It can also be a sign that He is preparing to change your life in some way.

These are observations drawn from my own pilgrimage. I hope that you find them helpful. I continue to pray.

David"

"Scott,

The Lord loves you, bro!
