PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR SUHAD'S PROBLEM BECAUSE ISRAEL GAVE SUHAD JUST 7 MONTHS TO STAY IN GAZA.

Last week...

(1) You prayed for my youngest sister Wendi as she underwent a biopsy last week. I mentioned that back in 1990 when she was 11 she was diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma. I asked you to join me in asking that her cancer not return... as of Tuesday evening, I had not heard any report. Continue praying, please.

(2) You then prayed for Dan's adjustment to a new culture, new languages, and new surroundings... I believe he's settling in quite nicely, thanks to your faithful intercession :-)

(3) You continued to ask God to grant an extension to our stay here... no news yet : -(

This week...

(1) Continue praying that Wendi's cancer stay away.

(2) Continue praying for our visa renewal.

(3) Ask God to use this week's Arabic class to sharpen my mind and provide opportunities to share the Good News.

(4) Pray that Shirin and Jasmine's time together will be harmonious and mutually beneficial, especially as we find suitable play time facilities for Jasmine.

* CALENDAR UPDATES *

11, May we share His forgiveness.

* I had opportunity to chat with a Palestinian friend who offered his sympathy to me and "all of your American friends - tell them I hurt for them."

Having satellite TV reception enabled us to see a documentary on the events that preceded last year's well planned, malicious attack. We receive Al-Jazeera TV and were amazed at the details given that led to last year's atrocity.

12, Ask for Dan’s adjustment.

* Dan is doing well thanks in large part to your intercession : -)

13, Pray for our neighbors as they pray.

* I believe your prayers made a great difference and ask you to pray for Muslims worldwide every Friday.

14, Ask God to draw Jews to Himself.

* This weekend happened to be a holy weekend for followers of Judaism, so your prayers may lead some to realize that Jesus is the One to celebrate on the Day of Atonement!
