My sister-in-law shared a DVD with us that I've come to recommend highly for those who wish to gain insight into the thinking of suicide bombers. The DVD is entitled "Paradise Now" and can be found at www.paradisenowthemovie.com

In April 2006, the North American Mission Board and the International Mission Board released the pilot version of the North American People Groups Database project at the Ethnic America Summit in Atlanta. The website contains 2000 Census data for language spoken at home, country of birth, and ancestry by city, county, and zip code. Additionally, local pilot research in the Atlanta area provided over 30 people groups in the Chinese, Arab, and Mexican communities alone. Many other functionalities exist on the website as well, including: an online discussion forum for North American people group workers, a resource request form, and a toolbox for those wishing to begin people group research in their area. The website is still in the pilot phase but improvements will be made in the months ahead. Get registered today to benefit from all this online database has to offer!

Finally, a dear intercessor shared interest insight about Bibles and cell phones :-)

I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phones?

What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?

What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?

What if we flipped through it several times a day?

What if we used it to receive messages from the text?

What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?

What if we gave it to kids as gifts?

What if we used it as we traveled?

What if we used it in case of an emergency?

This is something to make you go...hmmm...where is my Bible?

Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't ever have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill!

As always, I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ We left July 19 for a few days with Shirin's family and would once again be away from Internet access. Upon departure we traveled south to visit with a new group of intercessors and visit friends. Our third part would then be to re-united with a group of ever so faithful intercessors and then head back to Scott's hometown.

* During each phase of this trip, you asked God to use us to share His Good News with those in need of hearing it....your intercession made a great difference and, hopefully, you've checked our progress at http://tinyurl.com/e7rwh

* You continued praying for travel safety and overall good health...God heard you and granted those things to us. *Thank you!*

Your intercession is vital, and we appreciate it!
