My greatest need last week was to see Jasmine become a repentant follower of Jesus Christ, so I asked God to take the prayers of those who didn't know what I needed to be applied to that account. How I wish I could say she made that commitment to follow Him. She did, however, show more conviction than she's ever shown, so I believe He's at work in her heart.

A friend introduced me to a wonderful website with several helpful PowerPoint-type presentations to share the Good News. I've sent a few of those to some of you already, so be sure to see what's so great about it! I hope you'll find lots of useful material!

+ You prayed that Scott would be able to enjoy an overnight vacation and gain renewed strength for the task at hand... wow, we had a blast staying overnight at the Holiday Inn-Tiberias. Our first adventure was a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee thanks to www.lido-galilee.com We then went to see the www.jesusboat.com Jasmine has decided to have her wedding on the Sea of Galilee, so I'd better start saving <g>.

+ Shirin asked prayer for responsibility as Jasmine's homeschool teacher, specifically that she would be able to help Jasmine learn effectively... she writes, "Thank you for your prayers. God has been showing me that learning doesn't always happen the way I plan it. I need to be flexible and teach when Jasmine is ready to absorb the information."

+ Jasmine asked prayer for her friends at school and to have a good vacation with her mom and dad... she thank you for praying and says she had the best vacation ever!

2, Happy 41st Birthday, Scott!

* I had a delightful day with surprise after surprise from Shirin and Jasmine. Another big 'thank you' for the birthday greetings with a reminder that my favorite birthday is due again on March 16. It was on that day in 1984 that I began my walk with Jesus.

3-5, As our friends and neighbors celebrate the end of Ramadan, pray that they would be hungry for Jesus.

* Your prayers will be a breakthrough.

6-8, Shirin may have to be away from home to attend company required training; if so, pray that Scott and Jasmine will manage to cope without her.

* Scott and Jasmine made it okay since Shirin's training was able to be postponed until summer.
