Shirin, Jasmine, and I pray that your "Holy Week" will continue to bring glory and honor to the Lamb Who was slain!

Please feel free to recommend the 'Wednesday Weekly' to other like-minded intercessors in your circle of friends. Invite them either to send me an email at scoterry31684-subscribe@topica.com or to subscribe at our Wednesday Weekly website.

I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ It was time to take care of the car SB have allowed us to use, and I asked to be used to share His message with those helping with the car... I looked and looked for openings but didn't find any :-(

+ You continued praying for Shirin and Jasmine as they worked together on lessons from school. May they find His solitude... Shirin writes, "Thank you for praying. Recently, Jasmine has been doing more work at school and does not have as much concentration as before for homeschooling in the afternoons. Jasmine continues to push herself to read small stories and is doing great in counting and adding money."

+ You prayed for local believers to have a worshipful day last Sunday; unfortunately, I don't have an update from the one who sent this particular request. I am sure, however, that they did have a worshipful Palm Sunday.
"On Palm Sunday, March 20, 2005, the local community of Bethlehem area, joined by international visitors will march from Bethlehem to Jerusalem celebrating Palm Sunday.
Since 1990, Palestinian Christians (and Muslims) are prohibited from entering Jerusalem which deprives them the basic right to worship in the Holy City.
It is expected that the procession will be intercepted by the Israeli army, at the military checkpoint between Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
The procession will attempt to go through the checkpoint despite the interception. Marchers will walk with donkeys and carry palm branches resembling the entry of Jesus to the Holy City 2000 years ago.
Marchers will carry signs calling for freedom of worship, demanding free access to Jerusalem, and stop land confiscation and wall constructions.
Gathering will be at the Nativity Square at 11:30 after Sunday services, and then the procession will go through the city of Bethlehem to the northern entrance of the city."

CALENDAR UPDATES

<If you're not receiving our bimonthly snail-mail newsletter, let us know so we can send it to you!><

16-19, Scott celebrates his 21st anniversary of walking with Jesus on 3/16.

* Jasmine baked a cake for me, and I took delight in sharing my testimony at a 5-year-old level. Our little girl is quite inquisitive when it comes to details!

20-22, Join us in singing Hosanna this week!

* My heart is saddened by the looks of despair on those who have yet to hear.

Upon the completion and dedication of the Temple on Mount Moriah in Jerusalem, during the Feast of Tabernacles, King Solomon prayed a beautiful prayer: "...concerning a foreigner, who is not of Your people Israel, but has come from a far country for the sake of Your great name...when they come and pray in this temple; then hear from heaven, Your dwelling place, and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to You , that all peoples of the earth may know Your name and fear You" (2 Chronicles 6:33). Even though the Temple no longer stands as a place of prayer, there is a new place of prayer that stands at the base of Mount Moriah: The International Prayer Center in Jerusalem. It, too, is to be a place of prayer for all peoples of the earth, that they may know the Lord and fear Him. It is designed for believers who visit the land to come and pray that Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the world will hear the message of salvation. It is hoped that each visitor will go away with a burden for some specific nation of the world, to pray for that nation and possibly be involved in taking the gospel to that nation--that all peoples of the earth may know Your name and fear You! Please pray for the center, for its staff, and for God's people to come and help change the world through prayer.
