Due to travels near the beginning of the year, this issue of the Wednesday Weekly will be "doubled." I am uncertain about the ability to connect online, and we need your intercession on a regular basis. I hope this issue will stay "fresh" in your Inbox until we return : -)

Our Christmas Eve in Bethlehem was quite warm despite the chilly drizzle outside. We joined a group at the Orient Palace Hotel, just across from the Church of the Nativity and within eye-shot of the entry door; hopefully, you'll be able to join us next year if Jesus delays His return!

Please feel free to recommend the 'Wednesday Weekly' to other like-minded intercessors in your circle of friends. Invite them either to send me an email at scoterry31684-subscribe@topica.com or to subscribe at our Wednesday Weekly website.

I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

Yours because His,

Scott

+ Another "language misunderstanding" was yielding unnecessary tension with the Prayer Garden, so I could have used some pointed intercession to see the issues faced and resolved... I'm glad to say that the issues were faced and resolved! Thank you for praying!

+ The architect, however, had a design that was starting to look better and better! You prayed that his design and "3D walk-through" will be finished before the end of this month... hmm, we still have a few days to go, so keep praying :-)

+ Jasmine's Christmas play was in a few hours (1pm local time), so you prayed with us that He would shine through her... seems I got an early start, so I appreciate the advanced prayer. She sung that song as if she'd known it all her life, and I was able to capture it on a few 15sec video clips. I uploaded each of the 1.30MB clips on her page, and I'd be happy to share that with you, if you wish.

<>< Pray for safe travels to a nearby country, especially uneventful airport experiences for all involved.

<>< May the focus of Philippians be manifested in our lives as we meet with co-workers.

<>< Ask God to give Jasmine a good experience with so many new people.

>< Pray for the peoples of the Republic of Baskkortostan. >

CALENDAR UPDATES

<If you're not receiving our bimonthly snail-mail newsletter, let us know so we can send it to you!><

22-23, Pray for safety as we travel around the city every day.

* With each accident we see comes a reminder of His protection thanks to your intercession. Thank you for helping to keep us safe!

24-25, Pray for Akram’s salvation.

* It hasn't happened yet, but he's been getting a lot of prayer!

26-28, Pray for the girls and staff of the Lazarus home to know Jesus.

* The Lord is working in the lives of the girls and staff of the Lazarus home. At the Christmas party there were puppets that shared with the girls what Christmas is really about. The girls enjoyed learning songs about God and His desire to have a relationship with each of us. Thank you for your ongoing prays for the Lazarus home and all who live there.
