Most of you know I've been trying for some time to match my weight in pounds with my height in centimeters (183) as a target goal for health. I found a site at www.traineo.com that took my username and develop a page just for me :-) While part of the purpose of the site is to motivate users to lose weight, I think the main purpose is to "see lives changed," according to their motto. I know that the greatest way to see lives changed is to follow Jesus, so if you're trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle and could use the extra motivation, feel free to join me (and, no, I won't get any commission or brownie points, er, low-fat brownie points <g>). Thank you for praying! + You joined Shirin in praying for the ladies meeting in the Old City last week. Shirin had been asked to present the evangacube to the ladies, so you prayed that language and other distractions would not hinder the ladies from making a positive commitment to Christ or to strengthen the commitment they have already made... Shirin writes to "thank you for praying. The evangacube presentation went well. Some women who had gone through some discipleship courses help me out in the presentation. It was very encouraging to see 'mature' believers helping those who had not made a decision to follow Christ." + Jasmine asked for a safe, happy reunion with her classmates after Easter break... Jasmine was sad to report that one of her friends came back to school with a broken arm :-(
