To those of you who support us through tithing to your church and your annual sacrificial Christmas gifts, we say thank you as our 2007 Approved Budget found its way to our Inbox this past week. Our financial situation has improved, but there is still distance to go in order to accomplish what we all know in our hearts and minds that God wants for His Kingdom as it becomes a reality among all the people groups of Northern Africa and the Middle East. Your giving makes a difference!

Pastors to receive ‘One Sacred Effort’ film in SBC Life issue

As always, I'm glad to have you with us. Have an awesome week! May God find us listening more attentively to His voice this week as I am,

+ As we prepared Jasmine's room to be "mold-free" and worked on painting it last week, you asked God to use this opportunity to grant those helping to hear the Good news clearly and to respond positively...unfortunately one worker left quickly while the other said, "It's Ramadan and I want to finish so I can go home to sleep."

+ You joined Shirin and a co-worker in praying for a woman of peace in the English class that would be starting in two weeks (now one week). Since they will be doing the class during Ramadan (a special spiritual time for Muslims) you began asking for wisdom and God's answers to their spiritual questions...Shirin writes, "Please continue to pray. We will start the class today and look forward to

seeing where God is leading us."

+ Jasmine said her class is having a hard time paying attention and asked that you'd join her in interceding for them to pay closer attention...Jasmine says that your prayers have helped! She is now sitting up front and able to pay closer attention. Also, her teachers are saying she's doing well in school!
